Standard and Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Please contact Launch Online Support for all warranty and product support requests.
These terms and conditions apply to Standard and Extended Warranties of products purchased from Launch Online and https://launchonline.com.au/
In the event that You have a warranty claim in respect of a Product delivered within Australia, you will be asked to return the relevant Product to an Australian support centre.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between the customer (you) and either Launch Online ABN 85 613 864 387.
These terms and conditions apply to Standard and Extended Warranties of Products from https://launchonline.com.au/.
Please read the Website Terms and Conditions for further information.
It is important to note that Launch Online supplies and supports all warranties relating to Products which are noted as being offered and supplied by Launch Online.
Please note that you must keep your original product packaging in order to be eligible for our warranty service. In the event that you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your Product for transport and Launch Online accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit.
Launch Online provides the warranties and product support set out in these Terms and Conditions in relation to Products offered and supplied by Launch Online from the website.
The warranties and product support set out in these Terms and Conditions are provided by Launch Online, regardless of:

the identity of the manufacturer of the Product;

whether or not the manufacturer has provided its own warranties or product support in relation to the Product.
For the avoidance of doubt:

Launch Online makes no representations or warranties in relation to the existence, non-existence, validity, availability, terms or conditions of any other warranties or product support that may or may not be offered or provided by the manufacturer of the Product; and
-
Our goods come with one-year parts-only guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that Launch Online offers and provides pursuant to these Terms and Conditions are in addition to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Terms

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, Launch Online agrees to repair or replace the Launch Product supplied to you at its own cost where the Product does not perform in accordance with Launch Online’s specifications during:
-
the Standard Warranty period of 12 months; or
-
the applicable Extended Warranty period, commencing on the date of delivery of the Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product; or
-
the warranty on replacement parts, which is limited to 90 days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the Product on which the parts are used, whichever is longer.

The benefits provided by this contractual warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available under the law.

Proof of purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under the Standard or Extended Warranties.

Launch Online requires customers requesting warranty service to comply with directions from Launch Online staff in relation to troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.

Where Products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence must be submitted to Launch Online Support via the Support Centre before repair or replacement.

Launch Online reserves the right to replace the Product or relevant part with the same or an equivalent Product or part rather than repair it. Replacement Products may differ in size or specifications at Launch Online’s reasonable discretion. Replacement parts may be refurbished. Replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.
6.1
If Launch Online is unable to repair or replace the Product, the customer may receive store credit or a refund (at Launch Online’s election), excluding delivery costs.

Any faulty Product replaced, refunded, or credited becomes the property of Launch Online.

Where warranty service is authorised, the Customer must arrange delivery to the authorised repair centre. Launch Online will cover return transport to the Customer. Customers outside Australia may be required to send Products to Australia.
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report transit damage within 3 days. Failure to do so may void warranty claims for physical damage.

Launch Online reserves the right to determine the appropriate authorised repair centre.

The Product remains at the Customer’s risk while in transit.

Launch Online may seek reimbursement of costs if the Product is found to be functioning correctly or the warranty does not apply.

Launch Online retains reasonable discretion in determining whether a Product complies with specifications, subject to applicable law.

Warranties are transferable provided Launch Online is notified via the Support Centre within 7 days of transfer.

Extended Warranties may be purchased for eligible Products within 14 days of delivery.

Extended Warranties replace the 12-month Standard Warranty period.

Launch Online may terminate an Extended Warranty if the Product is used contrary to specifications, with a pro-rata refund less administrative costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties do not apply where damage results from misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, improper installation, environmental factors, transport damage (unless specified), third-party software or hardware, consumables, software support, or use outside Australia.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
Launch Online is not liable for loss or damage to third-party data, software, or hardware;
-
Aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement of the Product;
-
All other warranties are excluded.

These Warranty Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
